​Below is a general guideline on how calls and website requests are deemed as Leads at CityThrive. We employ the CallRail system to monitor and track calls received from our websites. You will always have the opportunity to qualify whether the call is a lead or not in CallRail. We typically honor our partner's responses therefore you will never be billed for something you don't agree with. CityThrive will always strive to do what’s best and fair for our partners.  

What is not qualified as a Lead

-Caller states they will call back
-Caller has a question
-Telemarketer, spam callers
​-Caller looking for employment
-Company has no available time to schedule appts within 5 biz days

What is qualified as a Lead

-Appointment for site visit is scheduled
-Company communicates a quote in writing, person or over the phone
-Company phone was not answered and voicemail was left by caller with info
-Company says they will call back
-Company gives caller their personal or business number
​-Website form submission with contact info requesting for an estimate
-Company has no available time to schedule appts more than 5 biz days out
